Biking
I got back on my bike yesterday riding to and from Meriter Hospital. It felt good but also challenging. I have a long way to go. I need to build my strength, speed and stamina. IT IS ABOUT THE BIKE
Flexibility
I need to regain my flexibility. I need to reverse the effects of sitting all the time. As they say "sitting is the new smoking." I don't have all the answers yet, but I know what makes me feel good. FLEXIBILITY AND RANGE OF MOTION
